Postage & Packaging

When will I receive my order?

As everything I sell at The Wonky Gift Shop is handcrafted, it typically takes about two to three weeks from the time you place your order before I send your item.  I try and create a few of the most popular items so delivery may be quicker than this where possible.  If you have a specific date in mind such as a birthday or a special event then please contact me after you have placed your order and I will do whatever I can to get your gift sent in time.

How much does postage and packaging cost?

When you reach the checkout you have the choice of Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Tracked With Signature for orders under £20.  These services cost £3.00 and £4.00 respectively.  For orders over £20 you can only choose Royal Mail Tracked With Signature which is £4.00.  Orders over £100 will use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is £8.00.  Unfortunately I can’t offer a Next Day Delivery service because I need time to create your gift but if you have a specific date in mind, please contact me.  I will always try to work to any special dates so your Wonkies arrive in time!

How are the Wonkies wrapped?

All of my Wonky creations are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely, the foam is 100% biodegradable so can be composted!
